The character creation is so strange, choosing grandmother, grandfather, mother & father

I just kept hitting random and kept the character traits the same.

The servers are so slow but its the first day so its expected..... its amazing so far though

I can't connect it keeps saying Failed to host a GTA Online session. I'll keep trying, the servers must be going crazy.

The only crew we have is the Wig Snatchers one.

Online is such a mess. I tried the solo session and it just kept telling me to go to the Race Trigger and I'm just like 'I'm at the destination, wtf do you want me to do?'

I installed the update, but every time I try to switch to the Online character the screen goes black and I have to reset my PS3.

Weird, mine doesn't do that. Try pressing Start and go to the Online tab.

Just tried that but now my WiFi refuses to connect to the PS3.

EDIT: I'm now signed into the PSN, but when I go to the Online tab it says I'm not...

Mess. Just restarted my PS3, still failing to connect to Online but now the Solo Session displays the mission but cuts to an error screen when it's three seconds into the cutscenes.

So I created my character, but every time, he drops onto the map and my wifi cuts. It's happened three times now, and I keep having to sit through that god damn tutorial.

Everytime it connects my character has disappeared and I keep having to re-create it and then it won't connect. I'll just wait until tomorrow.

I really want to but it but I don't know if it's that good. Game reviews are usually very hype-driven and you never know the truth
Also, would getting GTAIV help making the game more enjoyable? Or it doesn't matter?
