OK it's easily the 2nd best album of the year so far (right after The Electric Lady) PH exceeded my expectations. No doubt about it.

Second listen and this album is seriously a 90/95 for me. There's no weak song, it's all very cohesive and her lyrical game is incredible. Like, sometimes I have to go back and read a verse. Really unexpected and poignant stuff.

Sis, Royals already did its thing months ago. It debuted at #67 on 21 March and peaked at #2 on iTunes on July 28.

It was blocked by "Blurred Lines" for most of its reign at #2.

The Love Club EP hit #1, and Pure Heroine is currently perched in that position.
