^that is the dumbest thing i've ever heard of, it always ticks me off when i read about that RIAA policy. the same thing happened with Outkast's "Speakerboxx/Love Below" but at least that album contained all original material. "Up!" consisted of one cd of songs and then another cd of all the same songs layered with a few different instruments. it's such a cheat, and besides "Up!" only cost the price of one cd so it's not like people were paying twice the price for it. Musicfanreturns is going to thrash me probably but i don't care, i'm not insulting "Up!"--it was a good cd, but it only sold 5.5 million and should be certified as such.

i agree bobby, it's more like a bonus cd with remixes than a double album...
Shania did that because she knew for sure she wouldn't even sell half of what 'Come On Over' sold, and didn't want the majority of people to notice that.

Up still had some good song... <3 ... but IME ... COO will always be her greatest album of all times <3

WEAKEND TOP 10 PREVIEW: Caroling Jew Josh Groban (Reprise) has obviously been nice, not naughty, because Santa (or Irving Berlin) will keep him atop next week’s chart with a projected 400-425k. The Eagles will also retain their head of steam (rather than heads full of snow, like in the old days) as they flap toward 300-325k. Alicia Keys (Arista/RMG) will keep Clive jolly with 230-240k, good for #3. After that there’s a drop-off, with Garth Brooks (Pearl) trending toward 120-130k, and Now 26 (EMM) looking 110-120k-ish. Two Disney soundtracks with legs, High School Musical 2 and Hannah Montana 2, are dancing hand in hand toward 90-100k, while Carrie Underwood (J/RMG) and Celine Dion (Columbia) eye 80-85k. The way things stand now, Chris Brown (Jive) will round out the Top 10 with 75-80k.
Chris is doing SO WELL! I'm really not suprised Exclusive is doing so well, he has one of the biggest and most fanatical fanbases out there lol...its funny how he's gonna end up outselling Jay Z. Jay can buy his way to #1 all he wants but his album will end up underperforming.
Chris is gonna kick ass in christmas season
