People said this all the time during the BTW era because insert country has new music releases on a different day than US. It ain't gonna happen. Gaga/Interscope isn't going to release the album before the US release date because then everyone will illegally DL it before it hits the US. Interscope isn't going to release the album first in tiny music markets so that they can lose all their sales in the big music markets.

Australia got it on the Friday while the U.S. got it on the Sunday/Monday.

I bought it at the damn store on the Friday afternoon. It wasn't released in the U.S. for another two days after that.
