I doubt the album is finished anyway. Which leads me to the thought that the tracklist she'll post on the 29th might not be the final. She always works on the album until the very end.

She technically can do both if she wants to. If she opens the EMA's she can fly back to NYC and be at the ArtRave thing by 9-10 at the latest. It's just up to her if she wants to do that.

I think she did, pretty sure she tweeted it was the 11th now, not the 10th. Still a bit too tight for her to go to the EMA's, I think.
