I mean, it's a possibility, I just don't think so. Lots of songs/demos get shopped around and recorded by other artists but they ultimately need the writer to sign over the rights and sometimes the writer (esp. if they're also a singer) just doesn't want to. We'll probably never know with this one. I don't think Kelly would just pass on it though. She wouldn't record it if she didn't like it. Maybe the label didn't like it or it didn't fit the album. But then again, Kelly recorded Einstein, so obviously the lights aren't always on upstairs.
