You're almost correct, except 90% of every OU team has a Stealth Rock lead so Dragonite ha Multiscale will be USELESS. They'll both die from an Ice Beam. Try again.
Plus Salamence is actually a more threatening sweeper because ha speed >>>> Dragonite's. Plus it's a better mixed sweeper too
Eww at dragonite. How did it go from such a gorgeous pokemon like Dragonair to a pokemon that looks like Barney had a baby with one of the dragons from Dragon Tales
