I'm not even trying to be funny, I'm dead serious. I hate how monsters are all "oMg you don't understand Gaga her ART" but then they go ahead and drag the BTW cover to the pits of hell. The sheer audacity of it is the whole point and perfectly mirrors the over-the-top album as a whole. It's too funny and tongue-in-cheek... covers don't have to be pretty just to be good. She also sparked probably the biggest outrage I've ever seen over an ALBUM COVER online (both on stan forums and with the GP). A truly iconic cover
