You know why I'm hoping for a lot of secret shows and no celebrity BS? Because I want some mystery fog around Her, to make it more interesting. Like, not knowing who the song might be about would be nice. It's like we have to dig it ourselves, instead of having it presented on the table, you know?

That's how I first heard of Fiona. I thought she was crazy. But then I read an interview with her where she explained why she did it and it actually made sense to me . I sought out her music because of that.

Fiona was quite a big star in the US with her debut, but she turned her back on that because she hated it. I think Taylor loves it. Some things about fame may get her down, but overall she loves it, IMO. She is young and she is still excited by glitz and glamour and being a popular girl. And there's nothing wrong with that.

Joni gave no **** about the media treatment, didn't try to appeal to the mass. That's how she got the respect she has right now. She was pretty successful commercially in her hey day, not top dog, but not moping the floor either. And still the mainstream media being a **** that it is, often forgets her. But the kids and ppl know the tea tho.

sadknhjfhh. Mess. Fiona is still just as messy as she used to be. Did you see her interview with Fallon? Fiona pulled a Lord before Lord did it with Her speech at the VMAs.

And yeah, that's why I hope She'd drop it asap. I mean, She knew the glitz & glmaour is so full of fakery. Like girl..... I'll wait tho, I hope it's soon, but not in a rush definitely.

The great thing about the secret shows idea is that theyd be completely unrehearsed. Just Taylor and the agency with acoustic guitars and microphones.

Thered be no setlist either. Just requests from the audiences. The outside? You got it! Breathe? Sure! Tied together with a smile? Yes! You get the idea.

That small set Live on Seine (?) was hands down best performance of this era.

I'd love for a variation tbh. One smaller era, then one bigger-than-life era. Ala Springsteen. I'd settle for that.

I hot-n-cold when it comes to traditional Country, but I don't see Her pull a 100% pop-tart. I'd love for a move to Post-Punk tho. Joy Division's Post-Punk. Not the mixed with emo like Siouxsie & the Banshees or the Cure. But realistically speaking, Alternative is the way to go.

Taylor & her entourage are obviously so over the country scene right now. I can see her making some pop songs but still making guitar driven, alternative, & folk sounds which I am here for tbh

I don't think She is ever going to make an album that sounds like you could put the name Britney Spears or Katy Perry on the cover and get the same songs... But I do think She'll keep making pop music for a while, at least.

I'd like to see her do a tour like this too, after the need for the massive production tours. Id like her to do something like Prince is doing now; all about the music, minimal dancers and just backup voice from caitlin and band.
Might be a few years tho, her company has to support a ton of people. Maybe downsize in a few years and go back to basics.

That's exactly what She doesn't need. "Mine" was a more realistic "Love Story" without the fairytale references and see what happened? "Starlight" is like a poppier hybrid of the realistic "Mine" and the fairytale "Love Story" and it'd underperform as a lead single.
