Die Young is still SO fresh, especially considering it's been the only single from Warrior and it's longevity

You know what one of my favourite parts about "Machine Gun Love" is? How she adds a throwback to "Your Love Is My Drug". I'd really love it if her comeback single in 2014 has some throwbacks to the Animal/Cannibal era in the verses, mention "TiK ToK" or "We R Who We R". I'd also really like it if her lead single took a more pure pop direction than dance-pop. It should just make you feel good when listening to it. Summer release, 2014. Steer away from the subject matter of the song relating to partying and drinking though, but keep it fun. There are other ways to talk about having fun rather than partying. Besides, it's pretty clear that due to the steady decline of Die Young to C'Mon to Crazy Kids, which all revolve around partying, everyone wants to see something different. I'm really starting to think that it's not the dance-pop music production that's mainly not helping Ke$ha, but the subject matter off all of the songs that she's releasing (I mean we always knew this, but seriously, 90% of Ke$ha's singles are about partying, which may have worked in 2010-2011, but not so much in 2012-2013).

A more "Woo Hoo" direction would be ideal. That song was anything but cliche --- the lyrics were not only partially religious and controversial, but feminist as well, ALL at the same time having a party-oriented chorus. It's the perfect Ke$ha sound because she's mocking the public while they're listening to her 'lazy pop music' on the radio.

Yes Woo Hoo is great, but it wouldn't perform any better than Die Young did, and thus followup singles would still receive the same fate as C'Mon and Crazy Kids.

She needs to release songs with new concepts overall. Get a bit more experimental and fun with her lyrical content (I don't mean Applause experimental, just something unrelated to partying).
