I disagree. A Sunday release was perfect. They didn't want all the attention on it, it's selling consistently, peaks don't mean anything if there's no longevity. It has no airplay, no use it selling huge in its first week. Plus they wanted it get the VMA effect from Miley's performance but I'm sure their main focus is still We Can't Stop.
