As far as I know, gaga has yet to move as gracefully in any live performance as Madonna did there, it's not about how much choreography you do, it's about how well you do it.
Gaga would look foolish trying to do some of those lifts Madonna was doing. Madonna is a trained ballet dancer, she moves with far more grace and precision than gaga does, she always has.
