Games always leak before release but it's too much effort for a lot of people (downloading large ass files, jailbreaking the PS3, transferring it, etc.). I download and play them and then buy the game when it's out.
I can't wait to see the full soundtrack. The Vice City and San Andreas soundtracks were brilliant and added to the feel of time and location for both games. Hopefully there's a messy talk show station too.

The music makes everything
Wow, so the entire game has already leaked (somewhat). The encrypted PSN .pkg is out (17.2GB). I'm not sure if it's really possible to crack but if someone does I'm definitely downloading it.
