I've heard people use "to the left, to the left." In the last year or so:
-A white woman was in the elevator with her young daughter and when the doors opened she said it.
-Two high school kids were crossing the street and one of them said it to the other when they reached the sidewalk.
-I was walking up a hiking path with my brother's fiancee
and she said it to me.
They all said it with that distinct Beyst cadence.
