Too many to list or, sadly, remember. Currently, I have been very disappointed the Tegan and Sara didn't connect in a much bigger way. They are awesome and I thought their new stuff deserved way more ears.

I had no clue about CCR's "record." Five #2's? Major ouch! I can't believe "Proud Mary" has never topped the Hot 100. That's kind of shocking to me.

"Waiting For a Girl Like You" sounds like a such non-event in retrospect. Especially when "I Want to Know What Love Is" came along just a few years later and got Foreigner their #1.

Bill, what do you think happened with True Love? Pink is coming from the biggest hit of her career yet this song is struggling to reach her biggest flop on Pop radio peak. The YouTube views are horrible, the sales aren't there. Is she an artist that can't support a 4 singles era? The lack of promo? JGMaR overshadowing it? Or the lackluster video?

I'm not answering questions in any particular order.
I haven't answered this one because I don't have much to say. Mariah is v in the category of "act I'll immediately pay attention to if something starts to happen." (Lots of respected performers in that same bucket). Beautiful came and went too quickly for me to wrap my head around it.
In general I haven't been excited since Mimi. But it isn't true that I'm not a fan, as someone posed in this thread. I was beyond impressed she was able to come back with Mimi. And Vision of Love was a special song for my first serious girlfriend. So lots of good will.
