For clarification for previous post, 4/14 = 4/27. Billboard's dates are 13 days ahead of what they actually are. Some publishing reason for it.

As of right now, Applause is Top 5/Top 10 in every country that matters, the rest of the countries that have her in the Top 5/10 are added bonus'. I want Applause to end up as TEOG-sized hit that served to re-introduce the 'new' Lady Gaga back into the general public's conscienceless after the BTW era mess, then Gaga can massacre us with the 2nd single, because we know damn well she has better songs than Applause on that album, the unfinished demo of Burqa/Aura being an example, but obviously a more radio friendly song.

I think Roar will sell between 400-450k. Remember, it started the week at #1 instead of having to climb up, which took 12 hours.

Thanks. It had sold 5.67 million that week, which means that BL isn't really outpacing it by much, if at all. We'll have to see how it does in the next few weeks, the VMAs are sure to give a big boost.
