@swissman, The thing is Clint films in like 2 weeks or 1 month top. It wouldn't have taken her that much time and Bey is a hard worker, I really don't think that's the reason she dropped out of the movie. Plus she had already worked on the soundtrack.

I have a feeling he will cast Adele as The Star Is Born. The singer who was cast in that movie was the biggest vocalist of each generation, I wanted Bey to settle that. Plus it would have opened people WW on her vocal skills, they would have seen her more than just a pop singer. But what's done is done I guess.

I think if she were ever to do a Greatest Hits CD, to make it more interesting (and make it sell more) it'd be great if it was a 2 disc where Disc 1 is the studio versions, and Disc 2 has the same track listing but re-recorded with an updated style similar to how DC did This Is The Remix: new beats, new vocals. I wouldn't want them necessarily remixed in the sense that they are all dance songs, but for example, have Crazy in Love be a ballad, Halo as a reggae song, Love on Top as a cooing slow jam, etc.

I wanna see another film with Bey in it. Just watched Dreamgirls a few days ago and i didn't feel much of her presence on it (cuz J Hud was the one who put so much emotion to it), tho the One Night Only part was so

i agree. It looked so refreshing on her. BTW what's the color pattern of her short hair now? I know its blonde with dark roots but did she left some dark brown on the undersides and back? Just curious since i'm making wigs for my rag doll with the hair patterned after hers

I'm still 100% into her launching a movie-musical career. I don't think it's limiting to always sing in a film so long as the roles themselves differ.
