Helloes y'all. I'm Rémi; a stan of the legendary Carly Rae and flawless fun . . . not really, ew. I came across ATRL through Twitter were err'body seemed to mention it from time to time, until I finally decided to find out the heck this place was - and after a chuckle or three I was literally sold.
Anyways, I'm not really a stan of anyone.  Maybe two years ago for the Gags, but I just couldn't handle her then. It was difficult. Now we seem back on though - for now. Scherzinger and Xtine are also two I really like as well. I mean, err'body loves an underdog amirite?
There's also Ellie G, Marina & The Diamonds, Ke$ha (don't judge me), Shakira and Gwen Stefani that I'm a fan of. So yeah.

Hello everyone, I've been lurking for like six months waiting for registration to open!
My name is Jacob, I'm a nineteen year old microbiology/pre-pharmacy student. I'm here, so obviously I like pop music and pop culture, but I also really like literature, philosophy, science, and movies. I dislike people who are unnecessarily snobby about their tastes, most sports, and people who are willfully ignorant.
I found this site through the people I follow on Twitter and kept checking almost everyday for registration to open.
I'm really into pop music, but I am partial to some alternative rock bands. I really don't care for rap, heavy rock, or country music of any form.
I really hope to be able to contribute a lot of good ideas around here and have good discussions about the best-and the worst-pop culture has to offer.

Music is my passion. I'm also into film, gaming and the arts in general. I'm a huge Batman fanboy. I have a huge interest in Pop culture, which is one of the main reasons why I joined this forum.
I just happened to stumble on this board a year or so ago searching for news on new music releases. I've lurked around the board ever since then. ATRL is one of the very few forums that I've joined.
My taste in music is balanced between Pop & Alternative. I love Britney Spears, Madonna and Justin Timberlake just as much as I love Nine Inch Nails, God Is An Astronaut and Clubroot. Genres that I'm into include, but are not limited to, Trance, R&B, Post Rock, Dubstep, Synthpop, Funk, Industrial, Jazz, Drum & Bass, Classical and Ambient.
I have my favorite artists, but I don't play into the "stan" thing too much. Whenever I do happen to "stan" out, it's over the music and the overall artistic performance of the artist... not an album certification.

I'm mainly into pop/indie rock/adult contemporary with a dash of R&B/rap/country. My faves are such hard work to stan for, but I like a good enough number of artists!

Hello, I'm Rodrigo,
Since the age of 16 I've come to actually care about pop music, this interest has been growing bigger ever since.
I do like my occasional videogames and whatnot, although right now I only seem to care mainly about the music industry when I come online, realized I needed to start living more.
I found this AMAZING site via a gay forum in which it had Pop music discussion thread in which ATRL eventually surfaced, been hooked in lurking around ATRL since then, this is since 3/4 months ago.
It's a bit hard to describe what type of music I'm into, since I'm into a bit of everything, but I'll try my best, I mainly stan for Lana Del Rey, so that's the major, as for the minors, Azealia Banks, Lorde, Marina, as for type of music, obviously pop, rap, hip pop, alternative, EDM, yes I love EDM.
So I think that's it. I hope I fit in.
