Any song we see on Top 40 usually tests at around a 75 (out of 85) on average.

A 63 is not good for Gaga considering her competition. Also the worst feedback for her song was coming from young females... not good. People hated the lyrics and the message of the song.

Judas tested better for us, btw. So did The Queen.
