What kind of pessimistic predictions. Roar has an extra day and will double Applause's sales for over half the week and they're just predicting double Applause?
I have no idea how Jimmy Iovine deemed it a smash. I'm almost tempted to think Burqa would perform better if they dropped the intro purely because the chorus is CLEARLY SUNG. The chorus is great though.
both burqa and applause have great chorus but awful verses
The sad thing is that Gaga actually has the talent to pull off incredible pop music.
She is just up her ass so far and got so full of herself that she believes everything she does is art.
No wonder so many of her original team left her. She couldn't stand them telling her no.
Makes me rethink the "The Edge of Glory" video disaster.
Interscope will probably crack the whip once ARTPOP fails to catch the GP.
Here is hoping that maybe in the future the once mighty FameGa can "Roar" again.

The difference between the chorus of Burqa and the chorus of Applause is that you can sing along to the chorus of Burqa. The words are clear, the melody is fantastic and accessible. In Applause, the lyrics of the chorus are almost indecipherable because of the production and delivery.
Roar will be a long-running smash. VMA performance will boost it, then the video will give it another boost a few weeks after that. she oughta give it the Diamonds treatment and not release another single until like, November. and she'll end up with double the sales of that song.
As long as you girls know that Madonna is somewhere staring at kworb.net/pop webpage, giggling in her bedroom sipping a glass of sweetened icy lemonade while ordering her black children to do the dishes and laundry.
