I don't see how flamboyance and doing drag are negative stereotypes.
You homos are entirely too obsessed with how straight folks view us.
It's more like living in a patriarchal society has instilled massive amounts of self-loathing and internalized homophobia in these people. They'll never be okay with the various facets of what it means to be gay because they'd rather #nohomo and be masc(/white)-only.
I feel it should be the biggest hit of the year. I feel like if that chorus got a good, clear shot at radio it would just be bananas. It is an undeniable song. If it flops to the pits then people should suffer for their crimes against humanity.
because kworb.net doesn't count actual sales but rather associates a number with chart poisitions
so even though Katy is outselling Gaga, her chart position doesn't show that...
God, I'm in love with what Miley is doing this era.
You into the whole blue eyed white girl being a satire of black culture thing? I only ask because girls like Foxy Brown, Lil Kim, Nicki Minaj, and Trina based their careers off what Miley is doing now and white people only seem to notice when someone who looks like Miley does it?
Drag queens are just entertainment, I don't really associate them with the LGBT community. I don't see how Gaga is harmfully stereotyping gays by putting drag queens in her video.
You should watch Torch Song Trilogy, great movie with drag queens in it.
