I don't understand the point of rush releasing it only in certain countries first. Wasn't the point of rush releasing to capitalize on sales? Now most countries who don't have it on iTunes probably already illegal downloaded it.

Nah, whoever wants to just illegally dl it, would just do it either way.
Kety's leaked in full HQ almost 2 days before it was available on iTunes.
& I know Gaga would destroy Katy and Avicii WW, but not going #1 in the next 6 hours isn't a good sign.
