That kid was so stupid... it was an endless streak of dumb decisions and I still can't figure out why he knew the security code.

Ethan Hawke is so hard to watch. Not only does he have a weird face but he makes weird jerky movements sometimes Patrick Wilson >>>> not only are Insidious and The Conjuring incredible but he has a ton of other amazing movies. Hard Candy, Young Adult, Lakeview Terrace, etc.

Yep! I saw the remake! I felt really weak during the rape scene and the eyelids hang up. The rape scene alone is very disturbing. Who the hell has the right mind to do such a thing?

The revenge scenes though are too much to the point where it was "sort of" unbelievable but still good if you think of revenge as something you will do in order to get you peace.

When she came back and really started to **** them up, it felt really good to see such a character. Yes, I agree, I don't know if she would have been able to do such things in real life, but it's a movie and a good one.

I feel kinda bad for Matthew though. Lesson learned, never hangout with douchebags. The sheriff is the biggest jerk of them all.

Just finished watching The Purge. Perfect concept, bad execution. I mean didn't we already see enough home invasion movies? Should have been bigger, more apocalyptic. More storylines about various reasons to 'purge'.

That's exactly how I feel. I hope they get new writers and a new director for the sequel. That movie was mind numbingly dumb.

We kinda do back and forth with old and new ones

The latest (in DVD) is Evil Dead while in Cinemas, I think The Conjuring is the newest ish.

I watched 2 of them and I didn't even liked them that much. They are overrated but the concept is really good.

To me, The Conjuring movie was scary but its basic and predictable. Would totally give 6/10 .Some parts was scary and suspense , some others was rather using my own imagination to scare myself and I keep telling myself this movie was so good but its so basic.Below my expectation.

I can't wait for The Insidious 2!
