And no one in the media is holding Rihanna up as someone you should be like. This is not about her. It's about Pepcé, Jay-Z and their damaging effect on future generations.

The issue isn't with these celebrities, it's that kids today don't know where they're going. "Oh I'm going to find a high-paying job and I'll be rich!" is not knowing where they're going. You have to key in on what you're REALLY interesting in. You can only put your full potential into something you want to do, which if someone doesn't figure that out, is not Beyonce or Jay-Z's fault whatsoever in ANY manner. Striving for the highest-paying job isn't the way to go - which is what most people do today. "I want to be a doctor/lawyer/business man/whatever else". And that's not B/J's fault
And what?
This is one of the many threads I've seen about Rihanna being "a bad role model". There was one (that I can't find right now) that she responded to - some article pretty much saying the same thing, and she just said "I don't care about being a role model." . And Beyonce and Jay-Z shouldn't, either. The media makes them out to be role models, not themselves.
And also let me add, these rappers today are more toxic to the black community than anything else. Such as Drake, Wayne they do nothing but preach about "getting money" and ****ing every girl you see and being nothing more than that. That's why you see all of these foolish black children pretending to be a walking swag-fest with this fake confidence boost. And I can say this from viewing this from my fellow blacks/in my own family. Can you?
