Maybe that is why they changed the title? But I am keeping it called 'Burqa' until Gaga herself tells me otherwise.

I bet this song was/is planned as the second single. Her father said this was his favorite/best song on the album. It has that next Pokerface/Bad Romance feel to it and its probably the best chorus she has written.
