Is she seen in a good light? Or is she just brushed off as another talentless pop singer?

It's hard to say, but I think most recognize her talent in comparison to other pop stars. And after hearing this, it's pretty obvious that she's not just another pop star who's jumping on the electronic sound. There's something different about it. Uniqueness in electronic music is important.

No non-DJ is ever truly relevant in the EDM "community" though. And it's not that her music isn't played, it's that DJ's only play their own material for the most part, sans a remix here or there.
The only way any of that would change would be if she released something full out EDM, which would at least imply that the beat takes the forefront. Hard to even imagine with Gaga, but I am hoping there's a few tracks of that nature.

Uh oh. I've listened to the song so many times that slight parts are sounding different to me now My brain is getting bored. Same thing happened to me and Judas But I'm still being slayed

Well after attending a few EDM festivals like EDC, I can say Rihanna has developed some relevance in the EDM community after working with Calvin, so that's what I meant.

There are few relevant artists in the EDM community. Rihanna, Florence + The Machine, Lana Del Rey to name a few.
DJs like Avicii, Armin Van Buuren, Ricky Romero - some of the most popular - release podcasts with a variety of remixes of many artists. Skrillex is the only DJ - that I can call - who has remixed 2 of Gaga's songs, BR & BTW. I don't think I've heard other DJs who are fond of Gaga's work though.

From what I can tell, a lot of EDM DJs (Afrojack, Porter Robinson etc) like Gaga, a lot of them only follow like 50 people on Twitter and a lot of them follow her.
