I think If a women is ready to have kids she should have kids regardless of her age. However I don't see how you could be ready until (if you go) your finished with college or at least have a steady job with some money saved up. 23 sounds like the youngest I'd see anyone purposefully trying to have kids but I don't judge. #NevaDAT
