I often feel really down or unhappy and the only things that really help me is listening to music or play with my cat ( as cheesy as it sounds ). Those 2 things always cheer me up and i feel much beeter and happier after it.

I read a book or do small things for self improvement. For example I learned how to make Egg's Bennedict. I messed up the first time, which made me even more sad , but I tried again and it came out perfect. That way I learned how to do a new thing, I felt accomplished and I enjoyed some comfort food!
