I actually know a dude who got outted. His entire family disowned him. He's a cool dude too.
But on the inverse side I know two guys who came out to their parents and things couldnt be better betweeen their families.

I dont see how family could disown a person over who they choose to hug up at night. It's perplexing tbh.

My old College suite-mate was gay but he never came out to his parents even though he was out to everyone else. Granted, his parents were hugely religious but I'm pretty sure they had an idea; he had a boyfriend for like his entire College career.

I dont get it either. My family would probably disown me too though, so im not saying a word about it till I move out.

damn just saw the thread not surprised ever since the late 90's hit toni consistently gets it hard. From her checks being bounced several times, to the lupus, using a reality show to get some slight fame, losing her grammy's and now losing rights. SMH.
