that avicii song is so BORING and BASIC. i have such mixed thoughts on edm because the producers always talk about the intricacies of their 45 minute mixtape-like albums and compare them to classical music and what-not, but most of what they release or at least most of what makes it to my ears is basic and repetitious beyond belief. and not even in the good pop way.
No doubt on my mind that it will shoot up soooo fast on iTunes it will make Beyonces singles look like Kat Deluna size local mess, but with a name like APPLAUSE... I just don't see it accessible enough... I don't know, even "Born This Way" has the eye catchiness of it, but applause just doesn't.
You are thinking too much... if the song is great, the GP won't give TWO ****s about its title.
