Where did I say that? Sending threats is just stupid in general, but I don't mind anyone tweeting telling him that he needs to put up or shut up.
His story doesn't even make any sense. If Gaga is blasting music out of her car in public and in front of fans, how can she have any expectation that someone wouldn't record it? I mean it's not like a photoshoot or a video leak, she's actively playing music in public for people (if you're to believe his story anyways).

Well, journalists who get to hear stuff early describe the material as well.
I get the frustration but I think it's a little scary how some don't even acknowledge how this has gotten out of hand. Like, rant about that person on a forum, but don't go in on him directly and publicly....that's just so raw.

Are you even reading what you're posting? It sounds like: I'm against threats but he deserves it. It comes across as so hypocritycal and inconsequent. At least that's my reading. I know you, as others, are very heated right now.
Anyway, I understand what you mean. I would just rather side with the person who maybe was a little vain and is now scalped by half of Twitter, instead of basically justifying the angry mob.

Do we have at least other people confirming this guy's story? It just seems so weird to me. I mean last time she played music out of her car didn't she say she was actually disappointed that the crowd was too loud and the recordings didn't capture the song clearly enough so the other fans could hear?

I was referring to the other post that said "They can post whatever they want on twitter". The implication there being that people should be able to post things on twitter and apparently not be criticized for it. But if you're going to take that position, then nobody can be criticized for calling him names and sending him threats either, which I don't agree with. I think people should be held accountable for what they tweet and that includes him.
Like I said, sending threats or calling him names is just stupid. But yes, when you start tweeting and hyping that you've got recordings of new Gaga music and then tell everyone afterwards that you're not going to post it, you DO have to be questioned about whether you're telling the truth and you are going to face criticism. We all know how much fake **** comes from this fanbase everyday.
