Depends on how strong the #1 is (likely, Blurred Lines) at that time. Right now, a song would probably need to sell well over 500-600K copies to debut at #1. A month from now (when BL weakens), the number could be lower.

'Paparazzi' jumped to #1 or close to it (I'm not sure, but it was #1 on iTunes at some point) while Y&I to #3 (it was already in the top5 thanks to the wonderful video).

I don't know about their itunes positions but You and I went from #8 on the Hot DIGITAL with 108K to #4 the next week with 175K.
