I don't think it's going to be on Android. GaGa was working with Apple on it... it'd be smart for Apple to have it as an exclusive.

Was she actually working on Apple with it? I mean I've never heard of Apple collaborating with any company/person to make an app other than their own native apps like Mail, Clock, Safari etc..
