We have to care about sales and success at some point. Charts and sales are obviously not everything but we know Gaga's capabilities to impact the world and we want to see her succeed. We don't have to be concerned with Gaga's activity on the Hot 100 all the time but we can't just write out success like that.

I only knew what it was after I heard offhand about the battle between her and Interscope over the third TFM single, and I decided to look deeper into the reasoning behind it. We all want Gaga to be successful, but talking about sales and charts 24/7 is incredibly tiring (not to mention boring).

ARTPOPs lead single will do VERYYYYYYYYYY good. Trust me on that one.

Actually, considering how many views Gaga's videos get (especially in the first few days), I'd say it's actually easier for her more than ever to get top ten hits.
