ATRL considers Unapologetic and Talk That Talk a success, so no, 4 is not a flop.

Yes.
Only Platinum when her first 3 albums went multi-platinum.
No hit singles at all. All of her previous albums contained at least a #1 hit and multiple top 5 hits.
Only 2.4 million copies worldwide (sourced by IFPI) when her last sold 7 million.

Not really.. But for Beyonce, it was a definite underperformance.
I mean.. she released like 5 singles, and only two were able to crack the top 20 (although with the right single choices, I believe she would've snagged a few more).
Album sales for 4 were alright though..

It's not a flop in the absolute sense. It sold very well and was well-received critically, and spawned a lot of successful one-off shows and her current tour. Sure its singles did nothing, but only compared to the colossal success of I Am Sasha Fierce is it really considered a flop.

According to ATRL logic, a flop is an album, no matter how much it sells, without a top 10. So according to the brain-dead queers on this forum, yes, it is a flop.

Rihanna's last 2 albums sold 3 million, compared to Loud selling over 6M. Let's make some sense.

Everything about the era went alright, but the singles were a massive disappointment and ****ed everything up though, that's not even debatable. Run The World is probably the biggest embarrassment of her career, the song wasn't good and peaking at #29 is terrible considering you're one of the biggest pop stars and everyone is anticipating your new single. Countdown's bombing is even worse, that could've easily ended her career but luckily the 2011 VMAs and the pregnancy took charge of that.

They were not even released a year apart though, and they still contained hugely successful singles (We Found Love, Where Have You Been, Diamonds, and Stay), and they still sold more than 4.

And since when does ATRL consider Talk That Talk and Unapologetic a success? ATRL hates Rihanna and loves Beyoncé, that doesn't make sence.

Sis, you're on ATRL arguing with a Navy member asking for any sign of a logical response. Don't you know where you are?
I wouldn't bother arguing. Whether people agree or not doesn't make it any more of any less of a flop. And we all know how these girls get when King B is the main subject, anyway.
