I'm not sure exactly what you mean, but each view to any one of those counts as one stream, so if you watched all three 8 times, you'd have contributed 24 streams.

They count any stream (audio, lyric, video, etc.) from an official account.

The streams from the US are the only ones counted from Billboard, so a video from a real global artist can get 12M views in one week and have only 3M of those views from the US.
