First of all welcome
It's really simple
1. Make a list of 10 -20 duos/bands you want to nominate
2. Click on AshleeSimpsonFan's name to get to his profile
3.Click on "Send message" -> "Send private message" on the top right
4.Add a title like "Rates" and then just add your list
5.You can click "Save a copy of my message" below the field to save your list in your inbox
6.Send the list
7. Done
