Wasn't Hormones the era people thought Miss Mariah was gonna be a 2 album wonder, due to her sales dropping DOUBLE, and her #1 streak ending? Leaving the era TOTALLY FORGOTTEN.
Wasn't Catepillar the era that most of Mariah's audience left her? Claimed she sold out to R&B and cheap Rappers; and ALSO sold DOUBLE less than it's predecessor? Leaving that era TOTALLY FORGOTTEN.
Atleast when I stan for my albums, they are REMEMBERED. Whether it's negative or positive impact, Glitter will remain more relevant than Hormones and Catepillar and that's just the SICKENING TRUTH. The truth that her "FLOP" era still got a #2 single (better than 2 of the the 3 singles on Hormones), THREE Grammy Nominations (oh which by the way is MORE than Hormones, and tied with the oh-so-amazing Catepillar), a movie (which neither got), and the actual talent of being REMEMBERED (which neither could ever Gaydream of achieving).
Can I get a AMEN? The truth has been SERVED, handle as calm as possible. Maybe the gerls can simmer down listening to the 200 performances she gives of Hormones singles' "Emotions" and "Make It Happen", and 200 performances she gives of "Butterfly" and "My All" and even with those fails to make memorable impressions on the level of Glitter.
