Whoever is saying people don't want to hear Country music from KC is totally wrong. She's been the highlight of the Country awards shows she's performed at and she got tremendous praise from critics and fans alike with Don't Rush. Sadly, it took forever to pick up on radio and fell apart - plus no actual video didn't help either. The fact that she got nominated for Top Female Vocalist at an industry voted Country award show is proof that the industry wants her and people will listen to anything from the vocalist of our generation. So, sit.

Can't wait for the studio of this! Hope it's flawless AND gets a video

Her single "Don't Rush" was universally praised by country fans and critics alike. It unfortunately took too long to pick up steam, but it definitely received a warm response. So I'm not quite sure where your basing your comment off of?

I won't comment on Kelly doing country until I hear this song. If it has the soulful vibe to it, then that's awesome and she should pursue that. But I will not be here for any hick Nashville lame-fest.
