I did like a rough estimate of the arenas taking into consideration not all seats can be used and box office info from other peoples tours.

= 454k. Round it down to 450k attendees for the first EU leg as a quick estimate. That would mean around at least $950k - $1M+ per date as well as close to $2M per date for UK shows and bigger venue shows. Around $40-45M gross for 31 dates in probably the lowest gross-per-date leg of the tour. US leg should do easily around $1.5M per show with the ticket prices ($250 - $125 - $85 - $45)
Ugh I just wanna sink my teeth into some official numbers
Medellín is the city that gave madge her highest gross during her tour (7M per night). But be aware, Colombia is ruthless when we don't like an artist. (lady gaga's only concert without selling out was there )

The numbers were faked up, though. Not even Madonna sold out completely the SA leg... it's hard filling the stadium with such crisis there.
What is she waiting on to announce the rest of the dates?

Starts negotiations for Beyoncé concert in Medellín
The entrepreneur Fernán Martínez is in Medellín in what would be the first of several meetings with the authorities to arrange trading agreements that would enable the Beyoncé concert in this city.
According to the entrepreneur, the first achievement was getting the concert to take place in Medellín, since there was the option to do this event in Bogotá.
Possible dates for the show are unknown, but it should be remembered that since February 2012 speculations started about the possibility of Madonna coming to Medellín. Only until April the news was confirmed by the entrepreneurs and the Alcaldía de Medellín. The concert of the Queen of Pop was held on November 28 and 29.
It is speculated about the participation of the private enterprise in this show, but we know that it will take as much sponsorship as was obtained to bring Madonna last year.
