I don't think that's the reason. The show really doesn't invite alot of big artists so maybe she hadn't thought of performing there at the time But she should consider doing the finale or soemthing in the near future. That show is good promo

I honestly don't understand Kelly at all....She obviously knows nothing about gaga if she thinks gaga hasnt done her part in anti bullying, why is she putting the blame on her when it was the fans who said ****, why is she expecting gaga to control millions of people, etc.

Honestly, I just think Gaga can't control her huge fanbase and what they do, so she's not going to try to. She can't apologize to every celebrity her fans send death threats to. Neither do any other artists that preach acceptance and are anti-bullying, so why single her out?
Monsters don't speak for Gaga or her beliefs. They're different people. If she were to preach anti-bullying then send death threats to people then she'd be a hypocrite, but she's not because it's a group of people that like her who are doing that. Plus, Gaga has already done her part in anti-bullying campaigns and such, much more than majority of artists/celebrities, so you can't say she doesn't care about the gays.
I'm sure if monsters bully celebrities/their fans while Gaga preaches acceptance in her music/work, they're not going to become all nice and sweet because Gaga tweets to them to not bully.

What amazes me is that the GP really do believe Gaga is gone.
I mean, it's really hard for us fans to notice it, as we follow her every move, and since BTW we've had the BTW Foundation, Oprah interview, the tour, Fame Perfume, Rolling Stones performance, etc etc.
But people on message boards and stuff really talk about how she hasn't been in the spotlight for so long, so her career must be over, she must be in rehab, etc.
Makes me realise that this 'comeback' really is gonna be a COMEBACK.
