Britney has a swag that works better with urban, vibey songs.
The fact that In the zone only has 1 or 2 bad tracks that are bad by her standards but good by the lessers standards shows how much of a masterpiece it is. They just threw in Outrageous to show that she is human an capable of making mistakes. Even outrageous shts on most pop girls discographies.
