GUYS... Inspired by the "Killing Me Softly" video I youtubed some older live performances.
Now is it just me or do you guys also love it when she changes up the melody and sometimes the lyrics of the song or just sings some more adlibs, you know, those tiny little changes that give the song a totally new feeling.
like here, for example. I mean the bit starting at around 4:18 until the end.
I mean, I know it's not totally different, but some notes, I don't know how to explain. There are thousands of other examples I could use. A lot of "Sober" and "JLAP" performances have it, "Family Portrait" also, actually every song she has ever performed live more then once has that.
So if you get what I mean, I would like you to post your favourite live performances with a "special vocal moment" and also post which moment you mean (by giving the time data).
