I vaguely remember her saying it would be available for iOS, Android, and some sort of PC platform (probably web-based) too. If it's anything like Björk's app (we'll be lucky if it's half as amazing
) the app will probably be free, and then there will be paid content you can access inside the app.
So far she's mentioned sharing videos for every song through the app, bonus tracks, etc. Of course all of this is subject to change and contradiction, as is everything Gaga does
