I don't know why she felt the need to yell like that. Or so that's what I heard, a bunch of yelling. That song is not meant to be sang like that. Oh Taylor.

Ya'll do too much as usual. She is mimicking the fiddle part of the song when she "yells". And you've obviously not heard her performances of this song during the Taylor Swift era because she sounded horrible in all of them. This is definitely the best version and a serious improvement.
I actually have seen performances from the debut era, and while I do agree this is an improvement over those, the "yells" were off putting. In my opinion.
The yells were not really great, but were not terrible. At least she stayed on-key in the two verses and the two choruses, especially the second verse. Her voice sounds a little bit sick and unpleasantly nasal tbh. Touring really weakens her voice, the problem is that she thinks it strengthens it. The only benefits from touring so much are the gradual improvement in her pitch (MUCH better than on the Croak Now World Tour, especially in the acoustic set) and she gains more experience in performing.
She shouts in every acoustic random performance
I think we should praise YNS and TSOU, but Safe & Sound is really mess. Her voice decreases again? Her performance in Brisbane was just WOW!
TOMG is not mess at all, I love her low voice and her yelling sounded not that bad
I can't @ Lord's fans caring about whether she stays on key and remembers lyrics. The Lord's probably in the same league as Katy Perry, let's be honest
