BITT was old, really old actually, when she performed it at the BET Awards and it gave it a NICE boost on iTunes, like a 30 spot jump on iTunes.

And a performance at an award show won't ever have a negative effect. The effect might not be big, but it'll still be a positive one

People are actually starting to KNOW the song now. Like I heard some kid doin' Wayne's part at school today, and when I play it on my headphones during study hall people RECOGNIZE it.

HS will be around for the entire summer, BITT had longevity even through all of the urban/pop drama & is STILL being played. We don't need IL coming in the way of HS's success, no more PFRR era single foolishness.

So a performance of HS at the BET Awards & other feature performances (ex. BET Awards 2010) will help with her urban slayage this year.
