1. Because IL has a great potential to smash, it would be a waste if she doesn't release it
2 It coincides with I'm Out of Ciara
3. It will help push RR to 1M or at the very least 900k

I'm Out is the newer song and THAT's the one that should be a single. If radio had a choice between IO or IL they'd most likely pick IO, because it's recent.

I don't see her doing another single, and I love IL. I could be wrong, but considering she's beginning the new album in July, I think her focus will just be on that.

IL and I'm Out doesnt have to be released at the same time. It is smart of Nicki to release HS when Wayne was hot with IANAHB and now she should release IL around the time Ciara is released. Im hoping around august so she can perform it at VMA's.

Focusing on album 3 doesnt mean thats the only thing she'll be doing. She's still gonna do all her other businesses. All she has to do for IL is shoot a video and perform on VMA's doesnt take much of her time

Yes but HOW can she possibly build hype for her NEW ALBUM (an ALBUM, a brand new ERA, like BIG stuff) when she would still be releasing singles from her last album?

Of course she'll be focusing on other stuff business-wise, but musically? I just don't see it. I can be wrong, like I said.
