while those can all be connected to the show, they could be separate too.

the UK meeting could have been something completely unrelated.

the X could have been an accidental tweet or Luca hijacking her phone.

Maybe all the rumours about Hilary just got Demi thinking about Hilary and was like "I like her... is she on twitter? *searches* yes she is! *follows*"

so it's hard to say. It could all be signs of her being a part of the show, but like I explained, it also could not.
