Sometimes I wonder how Jessica made it in the top 12 (?) last season and not Candice. I mean, Candice's tone and musicality sometimes bests Jessica's (and this is coming from a Jessica fan). Candice really knows when to incorporate embellishments, when to belt, when to be subdued; all of the ingredients a true musician needs. But I'm not complaining because she's here now and she's here to stay...hopefully.

I haven't regularly watched this show since Fantasia's season, but I'd have to imagine Candice is one of the best vocalist to ever be on this show. She is stunning. Can anyone who's watched over the years comment on her to previous contestants? She's so far and above the remaining 2 girls this season, that there's no need for comparison.
