Considering it took around 4 months to get there, it could have reached 100 million without ever having gotten a 1 million update.

But she doesn't have to release a album or a EP to release a country single. Kelly needs to promote herself on that format. She needs to release a country single as soon Don't Rush falls from the chart. She can't afford a (country) break until next year.

But either way I don't think it would have to do with any Smoakstack sessions.
